I am very keen on this point, and im confident that applying this feature will increase productivity and also customer satisfaction...

As booking numbers increase such a feature can help the customer care team reach our clients quickly and professionally, instead of emailing back and forward, or trying to get connection on Skype to a client in China (example)....

I only see the positives in this feature, and i have asked metwally to look through his papers to come up with a solution :-D
